9.1 No Policy of Return or refund
There shall be no return/refund of products under any circumstances; however, the user shall be entitled only to an exchange in accordance with the prescribed terms and conditions.
Exchanges are available for size or color variations:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to availability of requested size/color
- Users will bear exchange shipping costs for preference changes
9.2 Exchange Conditions
Products shall be eligible for exchange only if:
- The Products are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The Products are free from damage, stains, or alterations.
- The request for exchange is initiated within the specified exchange window.
- The Products are not from our sale/clearance category (unless received in defective condition).
9.3 Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items shall not be eligible for exchange:
- Customized or personalized Products of any nature.
- Products specifically marked as “Final Sale”.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligent handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products not accompanied by original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
- Intimate apparel or undergarments, owing to hygiene considerations.
9.4 Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, the User shall:
- Contact our customer service team within the prescribed exchange window.
- Provide complete Order details along with the reason for exchange.
- Obtain exchange authorization and follow the shipping instructions provided.
- Ensure secure packaging of the Product with its original tags, labels, and packaging before dispatch.
9.5 Exchange Shipping
- In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong Products supplied, the Company shall bear the shipping/pickup charges for exchange.
- In all other cases, the shipping costs for exchange shall be borne exclusively by the User.
- It is recommended that Users utilize a reliable and trackable shipping method for dispatch.
9.6 Exchange Fulfillment
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, the replacement Product shall be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to availability of stock.
- In the event the requested replacement Product is out of stock, the User shall be provided with either (a) a Product of equivalent value at the User’s option, or (b) store credit to be utilized against future purchases.
9.7 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective Products:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photographs/videos of the damaged/defective Product
- We may arrange replacement at our discretion.
9.9 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellation is subject to return policy
- Frequent cancellations may result in account restrictions
