8.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

• Ekart Logistics

• Shiprocket

8.3 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after Order acceptance. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may extend to 5-7 business days.

8.4 Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
• Tier 1 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-10 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-15  business days

8.5 Shipping Charges

The shipping charges shall be borne solely and exclusively by the users.

8.6 Delivery Address

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

8.7 Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make a number of  delivery attempts as per their policy . If delivery is unsuccessful after the stated  attempts, the Product will be returned to us, and you will be contacted for redelivery arrangements.

8.8 Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email/SMS. Please verify the contents of your package immediately upon receipt.

8.9 Shipment Tracking

You will receive tracking information once your Order is dispatched. You can track your shipment through our Website or the shipping partner’s tracking system. This too will be subject to the services provided by the delivery agent.

8.10 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of Products to your designated address or to the carrier, whichever occurs first.
